Brent Toderian’s private sector development + design services build on his unique combination of public and private-sector experience across Canada. His 9 years as an award-winning consultant to developers in Ontario in the 1990’s, compliments his subsequent leadership role in development + design review/negotiations as Vancouver’s Director of City Planning, and Calgary’s lead downtown + suburban planner.

Brent is highly experienced with complex and innovative development, having played lead roles in ground-breaking developments in Calgary such as Garrison Woods, East Village, the Bridges, Seton, and MacKenzie Towne.

In Vancouver he had a hands-on lead role as approval authority in countless cutting-edge mixed-use, green/sustainable, and affordable/rental/below market projects in the downtown, inner-city and urban edge.
